week 1

Ok so change of circumstances has given me a chance to concentrate on myself - new career path involving study and a part time job for now, and time to sort myself out. This time next year I wanna be a few clothing sizes down and be feeling awesome. Tomorrow is the official start though I've already been making changes over the last few weeks. This is just a place to get it all out of my head - the good times and bad - and somewhere to touch base and track progress.
 
My first week down and it went really good. I cut out bread and had a some on Saturday and woke up with cramps, so I def know bread isn't something that I want to keep having, but crackers seem to be ok. My clothes are a lot looser this at the start of this week too, and I know thats mostly fluid. I've increased my water intake, and am not having milk in my coffee - another thing that I do better without. Last week was a busy one so didnt get much time to update in here. Also had my period - glad thats out of the way for now. So here's to another good week.

Its been awhile since I checked in. Life has been pretty busy with courses, work and an awesome man in my life. I havent been as health conscious as I prefer to be. I dont drink a lot but I know when I do it makes me eat more and also things I wouldnt usually. So I'm going to give it up. It doesnt really do any thing for me that a good sleep cant do. The sleeping thing is a bit of an issue atm. I generally dont get to sleep early enough so thats something that def needs to be addressed. Other things will be a lot easier if I sort that.

The good news is I weighed myself this morning and my weight hasnt gone up. It's the same, so I haven't blown what I lost in the beginning. This week is going to see me back on track headed toward my goals.
 
Things are going pretty good, I have lost a couple more kgs. Need to try a bit harder though. Been sick this week, so havent walked or anything. Looking forward to feeling better so I can get back into that. Im sleeping better too, just need to get to bed a bit earlier will work on that.
