What do you guys think of this site . I just put it up and I'm looking for suggestions...obviously get more pages...

And THAT is why I didn't like it. That may work for some folks though. When it comes to fitness info, cute doesn't work for me. Also, it really helps if the site owner is a credible expert. Muscles and connective tissues shorten over time and that leaves you with poor flexibility. If your muscles have gone some time without being used, they tend to become weak and stiff. The risk of injury is increased greatly when you start to use those muscles all of a sudden. If you are doing regular stretching exercises to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, injury can be avoided.
A pulling sensation is normal while you're stretching. It can be uncomfortable but if you are feeling pain then you are likely over extending your muscles. If this happens then you will need to reduce your stretch to avoid pain. You can push yourself to stretch further but do it gradually and while considering your pain threshold.
