Weak wrists...

I always seem to hurt my wrists every once in awhile (not seriously) but they become sore for a few days. I stretch my wrists out with various hand/wrist stretches but overall I feel my wrist area is weak compared to my arms. Does anyone know how to improve the wrists? Also it might be bad posture as well.
 
Are you talking about during the day or after benching.


I know my wrists use to hurt after benching because of improper technique.
 
Get some heavy dumbells and walk around with them at you side(farmers walks) Grab some weight plates by the smooth side and just hold them there(plate pinches). Deadlifts are also good for grip
 
I have the same issue with the wrists when I hit the sandbag. Just simply rotate in both directions your wrists a few times, and push and pull it down and up. It won't gaurantee that you won't get injured, but it will help loosen the joint.

Like everything, developing strong wrists takes time.
