Today I went to the gym to workout my chest back and shoulders. My first exercise I do is bench press, I got all streched out and went to do my warm-up set which is 110x12 and strugled with it, and I OWN this weight. I moved up to 130x10 and only made it to 7. This totally discouraged me so I went home and took a nap. After I woke up I went downstairs and tried to bench again I did 120x10 and 130x10 and strugled like a son of a gun. My right shoulder is a little sore now but nothing Im worried about. I felt tired almost all day and questioned lifting but Im usually glad once I get there. Is this normal and happens to the best of us.
