I know somebody already posted about ankles but mine is different question. Every since I was a kid/teenager/young adult I have had weak ankles. All I have do is step down (literally walk downstairs) and I can sprain, break, or strain them. Lately my right ankle has been hurting. I get it when I get when I get up from sitting down, walking around or walking upstairs. It's a sharp pain and then go away as quick as it came, but tonight it has hurt as normal but the pain as not gone away.
My exercises have stopped (I know, spank me now) and I've been mainly trying to focus on housework, so could that be a reason for the pain? Is it just the fact that they've been weak all my life and since I'm getting older (ok, so I'm 28), my body don't like me anymore?
Any advice will be helpful or maybe you can point me in the right direction.
