"We can't become what we need by remaining what we are"

Eating was perfect yesterday!! And no exercise either. My cousin called me around 730pm and asked me if I wanted to go shopping with here and it takes up over an hour to get the nearest mall so we went and didn't get back til after 11 so the exercise never got a chance.. today I'm going to exercise and study I have two really important tests mon and tues so it stresses me out.. ugh.. anyways ill check back in later
 
Well eating = perfect and exercise = not happened. It's still early though I'm gonna get on the treadmill tonight and attempt to read my book too.. lol that could be hazardous to my health lol But I'm going to try.. I've studied today but not as much as I've wanted too I've been SOOO TIRED!!!! Saturday's I'm always tired after the week just my chill day but I have too much studying to do to be tired!! And my 3 tests next week are stressing me out especially the ones on Mon and Tues bc they are very important tests!!! IT'S CRAZY how much of your grade can be based on one test!! Stressful!! Anyways just wanted to update...
 
Just want to say GOOD LUCK in your exams during the week, i know you won't have to much trouble with them because you have been studying hard.

I did pretty good on my studies...about 4 hours and I rode my bike for 40 minutes. I know this is the last thing you will feel like doin but I swear if you can force yourself on that treadmill for even 30 minutes Your brain will be way more energised and alert for a study session. I hit the books hard after my bike ride.
 
How'd the reading while exercising go? You didn't fall off did you? No one, book nor girl, was injured in the process, right?

haha that made me laugh.. lol and it was a no go.. I did pilates and yoga instead something relaxing to the mind after the studying.. lol But tomorrow I'm going to attempt it :)
 
Well today I studied for about 9 hours straight expect for lunch... and I pulled out my mom old exercise bike and go on for 30 mins the first 15 mins going fast and the last slowing down LOTS!! WOW It kicked my ass.. I don't know how you do it so much Brawny. And then I got on the treadmill for an hour so I don't feel like a total waste.. but my exercise has been down significantly this week but I've been busy this weekend and a bit lazy at the beginning of the week.. And I still have to study for my test thats tomoro but its a math test so either you know it or you don't so I decided to spend the day studying for my fundmentals test. But I'm still stressed about it!!!

And I'm going to attempt to get up in the AM and workout and wake up but it depends on when I get to bed. Anyways I need to get back to studying.

Oh and eating was great today!!
 
Well I missed my weigh in again this morning but I was up just about all night with an hour nap bc I was studying but I'll get my weight for sure in the morning!!


BAD NEWS I didn't pass my test Monday.. :( but we have one more chance to pass and I know I'll pass bc the mistakes I MADE WERE STUPID!!!!! It was a math test w 10 qts.. I got all the math right but I put the wrong units on 3 of the qts and I dont know why I was just rushing through in.. But I know I know how to do the math which is a good thing just have to pay attention to the units.. ugh I was SOO mad such stupid mistakes I would have had a 100 if I didn't make them oh well we retake in 2 or 3 weeks and I wasn't the only person to fail about half the class did so I'll get it next time!!

And my test today.. I passed just barely though I got a 78 but it could be higher bc there were a few mistakes on the test and she's gonna think about adjusting the score.. But I passed thats all that matters it was the first test in this class and I never do great on the first test so Im sure the next will be better..

Eating today is perfect so far.. anyways thats it for now.. I'll be back later
 
I'm down 2.2 lbs this week!! And 3.5 inches a total of 21 inches in 5 weeks!! YAY!! Eating was great yesterday!! And will be today anyways short post but need to get some stuff done!
 
Sorry I haven't been posting I have been super busy and haven't had a lot of time to get on the net. But I've been doing good with eating. I have been slacking on exercise this week I haven't felt very good I'm not sick just exhausted and you know how you feel when you just drained all the time you just don't feel good.. but I plan on getting some exercise in this weekend! But it's gonna be a busy weekend!! I feel like I'm slacking with the challenges this week.. I've just been busy and haven't been focusing on them just thinking about the basics.. but anyways I've been doing good with the fruit and veggie challenge and I think I'm like a post away from the points we get for posting in team chat and I'm gonna try really hard to get a bunch of exercise in this week.. and I dont know remember what the others are right now.. anyways I'm out I'm tired!! Night all stay strong through the weekend!!
 
Well hello everyone.. todays been good worked for a while then came home and got on the treadmill for 2 hours and thinking about getting on the bike for a little while tonight.. I had another thought today and considering getting a punching bag.. I have some money saved up and considering using it to buy it but not sure Idk if I should save the money incase something comes up idk yet but I think it would be a good work out and a good way to get rid of built up stress and frustration! And I found up for like 75$ at walmart and its pink so its cute too..lol Something I'm considering.. idk yet ugh being broke sucks!!!

Eating has been good today and I had spagetti w my family tonight but I had a small portion and a salad to full me up :) anyways I'm out for now I may be back on later just depends on if I can sleep lol

Well I managed to get a little over an hour of pilates last night.. but that was pushing it I'm being really lazy the past couple weeks.. ugh I need to re-foucs and maybe re-evaluate my eating plan.. Idk yet just have to adjust a few things.. anyways I'm out for now
 
Hey Amanda!! Find what works for you and make it routine!! Just something you do, or things you do just because it's who you are!!

If you don't mind getting a NON PINK punching bag, Craigslist probably has a bunch for like twenty bucks... you could always buy PINK bag gloves!! I love my Heavy Bag!! a good workout for sure!!! :)
 
Thanks JZ.. I didn't think about craigslist.. and it doesn't have to be pink lol but most of the ones I looked were around 75$ and the pink one was my favorite out of them.. lol I will check them out :)

I hate coming in here and hearing you talk abt being lazy and such...you have alot of motivation and sometimes we need to slow down a lil...your body is prob just saying hey give me a lil rest and listen damn it!!!LOL

A pink punching bag *shuffers* That would give me a great work out as I hate pink, LOL
 
Well I'm back to 236 this week.. I need to find out what's up!! Maybe I should start counting calories.. I need to do something bc going up and down isn't fun!! I'm under a lot of stress with school right now to so seeing numbers increasing stresses me out more!! lol Well I'm gonna try and figure it out this week.. anyways I'll check back in later

And thanks Relly.. Yea idk what my bodies thinking but its not what my mind wants it to think.. lol I'm gonna have to get the 2 on the same page haha
