well i was beginning to wonder what about all those products on television and internet that testify height increases; that turns out to be people trying to earn a quick buck(half of them are scams)

it is during this period that height increases maximum and the bones harden
once the bones are solid and hardened it is almost immposible to see any further height increases unless the temperory increase as mentioned above
