Sport Water weight

Sport Fitness
Hey guys

I drink approximately 2 gallons of water a day, so I was wondering if this amount would affect my weight or if it would hinder me trying to exercise to lose the weight. Any response is appreciated, thanks

u will always have some weight for water weight but u shouldnt really c too much difference in your weight, its not a bad thing unless u feel bloated and cant do exercises properly but generally when exercising the more water the better :)

This will, in NO way hinder fat loss. It will actually excrete excess water/sodium from the body which will in turn, not let the body hold excess water.

And the colder the water the better. Make it ice water. Your body will burn more calories as it will be trying to warm you up.
