In my gym, they recommend steam bath (sauna) for weight loss!
The owner says you'll lose water hence weight will reduce.
Isnt that kinda stupid (i'm a noob) ?
Coz the more water you have, the more energy your body will spend in trying to absorb water from your GIT, then heating it all the way to 37 degree celsius (normal body temperature), also more glasses of water means more visits to toilet which itself will help you burn a few calories
So isn't it better to drink lots of water and not do steaming if you wanna lose weight healthily, not just like dehydrating yourself and shouting i've lost 1 kilo, etc
