Today is the start of my new life.

Nearly 2 years a go a gave birth to my beautiful baby girl. I have just got bigger and bigger and am now fed up with it (no pun intended lol) I have always been on the bigger side but I have got to a ridiculous 144.2KG silly silly woman. Now is my time to change!!! Im going to try and write in here everyday and track my weight loss I am limiting my weighing to every month My first goal is to get to 140 but my major goal is to get to 75KG I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!! Hope to meet people that are on the same path as me or have been down this road before :)

Hello! Welcome to this forum! I think you and i have similar goals. And i'm just getting started too. Today is day 3 for me. So far the online diary has been very helpful to me.

All I can say is it just me being lazy there is no real excuse

* not really. i just eat too much all the time.

Yes when I lose 20kg I will get my hair done Havent thought about a prize for my major goal hmmmm maybe a new baby lol :)

Way to go! I love that you've taken a stand to redefine what "runs in your family."

Also, just a thought, hope you make sure you're eating enough. I don't know what a vita wheat is, but it kind of looked like your calories might actually be too low.

Yeah Beth had to add in some extra calories lol I told my sister and she is making me up a healthy eating plan YAY (she is a nutritionist) lol so I really have no excuse do I. So far so good woooot

So far so good :) Can feel im losing alot of fluid will be interesting to weigh next month. I am going to do Pump today havent done for a couple of months so think ill be sore tomorrow lol. :party: Just thought id add that cos im feeling fantastic Energy levels are starting to rise :)
 
That's an awesome feeling! Way to go! I'm looking forward to my next weight in too....just to see how it's going. =)
 
Hey have been busy busy busy but have been doing very well :)

Trusylver my pump class went great!! Dam I was sore for few days after lol will have to get back in to the protein I think. Will do it again today then thinking Fridays to, least that will give my muscles time to repair lol

Todays food

1/3 oats with water
banana

Snack
4 vita weats teaspoon cottage cheese on each

Lunch

Lettuce
tomato
60g cooked brown rice
60g ham
25g cheese
onion

Snack
Will have nectarine and 20 nuts

Tea
Will have Steak
potato
peas
corn
Broccoli

Snack
natural yoghurt

Am feeling really good at the moment am sticking to my once a month weight lol usually I give in and do it 1-2 times a week! Not a good habit for me :) So far so good
 
Well done Beth 8pd is awesome! I gave in a weighed and I lost 3.1kg YAY
Feeling great just did pump hopefully I will pull up a bit better lol will have protein shake in a min.

Well as you can see i have nearly lost 5kg yay!! But I did have a bad weekend got caught up in Australia Day festivities :) But I am back to it Felt pretty crap this morning probably all the fat I ate. Oh well not to dwell
 
Hey well going great again :) dont think I will get much exercise in this week we are having 43 degrees days :( so hot. need loads of water.
 
Up to 7kg wooot wooot :) only 3 to go till 10 hahahaha (yep I can count) How bloody exciting! I have lost 2 bags of potatos and 2 things of butter hehehehe.
Ok as you can see I am pretty happy with myself. I havent been doing much exercise been so hot here and smokey with bushfires around so am happy that im still losing Doing great with the eating side so thats the main thing. Hope to get in to the exercise this week :). Hope everyone is good :)
