The gym instructor told me to put jam on them cause they have alot of charbohyrdates, they do but i assume its all suger and in turn energy for only the short run.

also i`d like to say he was the ifbb champion 3 times in my country(malta) so i balance, i dont want you to think hes a dumbass or so, just to add a bit of good to his (possibly) bad
i`m starting to put a mix of finely chopped tomatoes, onions, cappers, olives, green peppers and olive oil.
sometimes a bit of butter and mybe some ham
othertimes i add a bit of tuna to the first recipe or i just throw soem tuna wid olive oil, olives cappers and pepper.
any more ideas?
for any one wondering i have brownbread and sometimes extremely light brownbread without salt(not white but not brown either, like a mix) /healthy white bread(yes its healthier than the average white bread and i`m sure)
