Hi, I'm new to this forum. I'm 17, 5 foot 8, and I weight 143 pounds.
I know that I'm in a healthy range, but it just isn't satisfactory to me.
I'm looking to lose around 20 pounds (the healthy way of course), and gain some abs and muscle. Sort of that Jessica Alba type look.
My close friends are not interested in losing weight as I am, and my former weight loss buddy kinda got sidetracked and wouldn't stick to our diet plan. :/
I'm looking for a friendly person who's motivated and dedicated like me. Someone with the same kind of goals and who has interesting and healthy ideas to lose weight and get toned. I check my email everyday and I can even have a buddy on here to message for motivation.
I feel like I can't do this alone. I really need someone who won't let me down and hopefully, I won't let down. Please help!
