Wow, I'm so jealous. I have about 50lbs to go and have lost 22ish so far! What motivation. Love your healthy food choices. I'm thinking of trying the almond butter but it's so dear here and I'll have to ration it. I could see me having an almond butter binge!

Hi 20to10. Thank you for the kind words. Yes, the almond butter is costly here too. I nearly choked when my first tiny jar rang up at USD9. But then I found it much cheaper --at Costco (is that store where you live?) I found a jar nearly twice the size for USD7.

Menu
Breakfast: Oatmeal and gluten-free cereal mix (raisins, almonds, cinnamon, soymilk)
Snack: Strawberries, blueberries, mango
Lunch: Three corn tortillas with baked tofu (trader joe's brand, teriyaki flavor), swiss chard, tomatoes, onion and mustard; miso soup (miso paste, onion, swiss chard, shiitake mushrooms, bitter melon, garlic, lemon juice)
Snack: None
Dinner: Smoked oysters; baked potato topped with lentils cooked in tomato sauce (salt, pepper); brussels sprouts
Snack: Popcorn (nutritional yeast, cooking spray, salt), five dried unsulphured apricots
