Hi guys,
I'm new here, thought I'd join as I want to lose some weight, just slim down a little bit and it's always good to keep a diary to motivate you!
I'm eating quite unhealthily at the moment, hoping to cut down portions and cut OUT snacking - this is my huge weakness! I just can't resist some chocolate in the evenings! Hopefully this combined with old fashioned exercise will help me lose a few pounds!
I'm around 155 pounds at the moment and I'm about 5'8, so my BMI is ok, but it's excess fat that ruins my outfits that I want to get rid of!
Hopefully keeping a diary will help me keep up with my plan!
