I think it is important to realize that in order to keep the weight off, you need to realize that this should be a lifestyle change. If you're looking for a quick fix...something that'll take the pounds off within days, it just won't work. Remember, you want to keep the weight off and feel great. Think of weight loss long-term...
But, if you are desperate to shed the pounds. Here are some tips that have always worked for me.
1. Cardio, cardio, cardio. The more, the better.
2. If you're stuck in a rut, try alternative exercise methods. Pilates is a great way to relax, yet still tone, strengthen muscles and gain flexibility. Not a fan? Try kickboxing, which is high in intensity and really is effective!
3. Get eight hours of sleep per night. Studies have shown that those who don't get enough sleep, tend to gain weight.
4. Drink green tea daily. If you don't like the taste, I recommend trying Lipton's Orange, Jasmine & Passionfruit green tea. It is not only tasty, but it speeds up your metabolism and keeps your immune system protected. This is definitely a safe alternative to diet pills and unhealthy habits.
Hope this helps!

You can do it!
