Want to get ripped and fit, am 16?

Okay, so I'm a 16 year old who is 5'7" and weighs 123 lbs (56 kg). I've got absolutely no body fat - I'm skinny, which makes it look like I've already got a 6 pack. I don't play any sport and rarely exercise, I eat HEAPS of junk food. The only reason I'm still thin is because I've got a very high metabolism. I eat the worst foods constantly and nothing happens. Yay me. :D But I want to start getting ripped and more fit. The exercise that I do at the moment (which is rare, cause I'm lazy), is just jogging, push ups and sit ups. I eat food like cake, beef noodles, chips, chicken... LOL, all the time. And chocolate milk, coke and milo is what I drink. I have McDonalds and pizza like twice a week. I have asthma and jogging slowly for 10 minutes leaves me breathless - I can't do any more than 30 push ups either. I don't weigh much and my body looks good, but I'm the opposite of fit. SO.

I want to get fit (eg, endurance - jogging, swimming, etc), and totally ripped. I know that this will require an entirely new diet and a proper exercise routine. And that's why I'm asking this question.. where on earth do I start? What exercises do I do? How many reps? What do I eat and drink? Thankfully losing weight isn't a problem - I just have to gain muscle. My older brother is a fitness freak, and he's got a treadmill, benchpress, weights, chin up bar, boxing bag, skipping rope.. whole bunch of stuff. I just need to learn how and when to use them, and what to eat.

All advice will help! Thanks. :)

You're asking about quite a lot at once. I suggest that you take a look through the forum's many sticky topics as a place to start.

Do exactly the opposite of what you are doing and eating right now and you'll be in much better health in no time.
