In regards to diet and exercise, I started out on a programme which consists of very low carbs, no fat and portioned controlled diet, I owe a lot to this programme it has taught me a lot in regards to a healthy eating lifestyle.
As for exercise I try to get to the gym 3 times a week, concentrating mainly on cardio at the moment. I tend to do an hour of interval training on the treadmill or the exercise bike.When I drop a little more weight I will incorporate some weight training. Hope that answers your question!! :)
