wanna get ready for school.. help please..

I'm 14.. male, i weigh.. roughly 135.. I'm roughly 5' 10''

i want to get down to.. any where between 110-120...

plus i want to get a six pack...

most of my weight is from my legs.. when i was smaller.. i worked out to get leg muscle.. i kind of want to "remove it" so its not as bulky and i have a smaller build on my legs rather than all that muscle..


For my six pack.. i do not have much fat on my stomach, not enough to grab..
i can feel them when i flex but.. they are no visible..

then right where my nipples are.. they stick out a little not much but i mean.. they come to a little point. i want them flater .. whats that take just benching?

how can i go about doing all of this?
 
Ok, 135lbs is underweight for a 5'10" male IMO. You must be skin and bones as it is...so I don't recommend dieting...I'd recommend some resistance training, and a bit of cardio.
 
you want to get down to 110-120 and your 5'10?? thats not healthy.. you should try gaining weight instead..you must look like a pole.
 
Its not healthy to train so young.

But there is nothing wrong with body weight training and CV

Try doing some sort of CV 6days a week
pull ups, 2sets of as many you can
pushups, 2sets "
situps, 2sets "
back raises 2 sets"
leg raises (alternate legs)

posably some brupies as well

do all of that in one night 2-3time a week.

that will help you a lot.

make sure you eat right so ur not tired, and if you are tired dont be afraid to miss a work out or two. I always take 7-10days off training every 2months.
