Hey, well I'm sure this has been brought up many times before but I couldnt find exactally what I was looking for. Anyways I am 16..about 5'7 and 140lbs. I am not really overweight but would like to burn off a bit of a pop belly and double chin. We just got a treadmill and I looked through all the programs and all that and thought for me to get the best results I would go 30mins two times a day on the "fat burn" program which keeps a constant speed (Default:2mph but I increased to 3.5mph) and varies the elevation. I figured this would get me the best results but what do you think. Again, my focus is just burning some fat especially a bit of a popbelly and little bit of "baby fat" on my face.
