Hi everyone, i thought i would start a diary to document my one week crash diet. I'm going to try a diet which i am a bit hesitant to name as i think it seems a bit dangerous. I'm probably being stupied not naming it and if so i will.. I will post each morning how much weight is lost and what i had eaten that day. I will be doing quite abit of walking since i'm free for the week and we'll see what happens.
