Walking on Weight Training Days

hello All,

quick question... I walk 3 miles every day (1.5 to and from work). Will this hinder my growth on weight training days?

For 99% of people, walking around shouldn't hinder hypertrophy. If anything, it gives you some active recovery, which makes it easier when your next workout comes so you can continue progressing. Just makes sure you're getting the right nutrition.
