Well, I try to explaining... but I am not good to speaks in English. I see latest date on that table is Feb 14. Is there Feb 21 and so on can be shown in this table? Is there any chance for me to enter my progress on Feb 21?

uhh.. the thing you see on Feb 14 goes from Feb 14-21, so you can plug it in now.

each Monday, you can enter your new weight for that week ... and, if you miss a week or two, you can always go back and enter those, as well.
