I have a problem with my gut. I want to get rid of it. I know the basics like
*weight training (got a routine)
* HIIT (every other day)
* Diet
My goal is to drop my waist size (currently 34-36 inches) to 30 inches.
Just a few questions
1.) Is it true that the belly goes last when trying to lose body fat % overall?
2.) Will adominal exercises increase your waist size?
3.) What exactly is bloated? or better yet what causes it?
4.) Is there a ratio for waistsize/pounds. Like does 10 pounds = 1 inch lost on waist?
5.) Where to measure? If I measure at the largest circumference its like 36-37 inches but when I measure at the belly button its 33-34 inches.
