Hi guys, I'm so so so excited.
I don't have time for photos (don't have 'befores' anyway) but I can see a visible difference in my body after just two weeks on the treadmill.
I spent almost 2 months on the bike at the gym, 30 minutes, not seeing anything different with my body at all. The minute I stood on the treadmill I could feel a difference in my muscles. It felt so good.
I have a lot of weight packed in my midsection (circumference measurements of 42-37-52 at the moment) but I can see a definite change in my upper stomach region. I really think the way I carry myself on the treadmill is starting to rebuild all my stomach muscles which have been largely unused in the last 10 years. My thighs are starting to tone up too.
My weight is remaining at 257.2 tho. I'm figuring I'm still rebuilding muscles. I still do resistance too so I could see why.
I can't wait to see what 2 more weeks will do
