Vinnie`s diary:) I refuse to give up!!

Hello all

I dunno if writing a diary wud actually help me...but after reading some ov da diaries dat other ppl have written, I wanna give it a try!:)

So I am from India..hence my food habits are kinda different from most ppl in dis forum...but then am writing it for myself..isnt it?:)

I am 32 yrz old and 5'3" tall female..

Starting weight: 240lbs
Current weight: 176lbs
Desired weight : 120lbs

Yes I ve olready lost almost 64 lbz and am feeling gud abt it

This is what am following, though I dunno if its right or not...

I dunno why I eat so much!! why does eating food gyves so much pleasure to me? eh...dis is todayz diary..dis much am eating and trying to lose! feel lyke laffin at maself! weirdo i am!

Morning

1 cuppa coffee- 50 Cals (juz 2 tsp milk and 1/2 tsp sugar)
1 slice ov bread- 100 Cals
1 cup sprouts- 100 Cals
mixture- 150 Cals

400 total

Lunch

rice and dal- 100 Cals
sprouts- 100 cals
homemade yogurt- 100 Cals
Idli and chutney- 100 cals

400 again

Evening

1 cup coffee - 50 Cals
2 slice bread- 200 Cals
cucumber - 50 Cals

Dinner

Salad having a cucumber a tomato a n onion cabbage - 100 Cals
1 bowl Sprouts- 100 Cals
1 apple- 100Cals

300 Cals

so to sum up 400+400+300+300= 1400 Cals

hmm 1400-1500 Cals in a day!!!...is it awitte?

sometimes I overeat and it goes to 2000 dat day...which is many many days!

I am also doing workouts 6 days a week for 1and a half hr
evening half hr walks
morning little breathing excercise


phew!

wanna be 170 lbs on 1st october! God help me
