A friend and I did the 300's at our local YMCA. Believe me, they are a lot harder than they look.

whats with the obsession everyone has with the 300 workout?
and keep in mind that the 300 "workout" is more of a test to see how quickly you can do it, and if you can do it at all. I wouldnt do that every time i was in the gym as a routine.
 
You guys are correct: the 300 workout should NOT be done every day, or even every week. It is a one time thing that you should only do when you feel as though you're in top physical condition.

With that being said, the guy who trained the actors for the movie is Mark Twight, founder of Gym Jones.

And to answer another question: the best time I have read about so far was Andrew Plevin, who played Daxos in the 300 movie, and he completed it in 18 minutes. Gerard Butler, who played Leonidas, did it in 19 mins.
 
You seem like a 300 workout spammer.

The guy on the left has some piss poor deadlift form.

I promise you, I am not a spammer. This is the first post I have ever had on this website.

I just put a lot of pride and effort into completing this workout, and have had a lot of people asking me about it.

So when I made this video, I wanted everyone who was involved with fitness or interested in the 300's to know about it.

I only made one post of this, and that was it. A spammer would have made multiple pages regarding this.
