Vid inside...looking for advise!

SO how do I get arms like that? I like his trunk too, he's very solid looking. I WANT TO LOOK LIKE THAT DUDE.

I DON'T want to look like a typical bodybuilder, ie I used to be the fat kid and have had surgeries (long time ago) so I'll never have that ripped, 'perfect' looking body. Which is OK, it's not my goal. I want to look like buddy in the vid, shirt on, he looks awesome.

About me/fitness level:

6'1" 205lbs, 22%BF, 30yo. I can do six full extension pullups, and do 120 to-the-chest pushups every other day, in intervals of 15 with 45seconds rest. In the good weather I cycle 20-30miles/day. Haven't done any running in 10yrs, but jogged about a mile last night without difficulty. My diet is fairly clean-high protein-and I have access to a full gym, indoor squash, & tennis courts. I can dedicate at a minimum 2hrs/day to exercise....I do already exercise daily, it's just I need to change what I'm doing. I will NOT take any supplements/powders except a multivitamin, everything else can come from proper nutrition.

So I'm looking for advise. How do I get the physique of the guy in the vid? Looking for >specific< training instuctions....not really looking for any info for below the waist, cycling keeps my legs looking fab.
