I forgot to mention. I've started running and walking. I've been twice by myself for a quick 1.1KM and once on a big family walk with all 4 little ones for 2.6KM.

Also, my husband bought me Biggest Losser for the wii. Man, does that ever kick me in the rear. I'm hurting 2 days later from whatever spot I worked on.

Not working out this week though due to the cleanse.

I haven't been around. Been very busy this summer with the kids and packing. We just bought our first house! I"ve been loosing weight slowly. Here's my last stats and my new stats.

I'm pretty sure the fat measurement is messed up.

I want to loose this much from the following areas:

Waist..2 1/2"
Lower waist..3"
Hips..2-3"
Thigh..2 3/4"

Heck, maybe I should just make it an even 3 off of everything. I also want to lose about 20lbs. My capris are really baggy and I don't have any smaller ones to go down to. I kept thinking I haven't lost that must weight. But it's the inches that really matter right?

I've lost just a little more, but I'm so happy cause it's a new low for me. I'm in the 143s! Yes, I celebrate every pound lost. Nervous as the move will be next week and then me and DH will be back together all the time. It's been a long summer and I miss him. But the weight didn't start moving down til he was gone most nights. Hope I can keep it off!

:hurray: Finally moving in the right direction again! Down to just 0.4lbs more than when I met DH and almost in the 130's!
