hey i start my diet 10/2/2008 and i reached my goal 15 /6/2008
my waist was 58 and now its 34 ... and i was wearing xxLarge AND now SMALL and medium

9/2/2008 day one ... on my honor day or something like that my english is bad ( 135 kilo ) 297 lbs





15/6/2008 last day ... ( 75 kilo) 165 lbs

well i was killing my self eating 2 days in one week then just drink juices and water for the rest of the week and doing sport 4 hours per day
 
well, congrats on the loss. It sounds like since you were on such an extreme diet that you might want to find a good way to maintain your weight. You know? I mean now that your diet has "ended" like you said, how are you planning on eating now??
 
well ty new bride for the comment i have now a diet doctor i start with him last weak to mentain my wieght .. im gonna train my stomach to eat every week more food like last weak i ate three time .. and these week 4 time then 5 then full weak but with less food to controll my self
 
What the FUNK? Eating only 2 days out of the week? You can't be serious, how are you not dead by now...

It's astonishing that you lost as much weight as you did, but I seriously doubt the healthiness of your former diet, and I'm fairly skeptic that you are in-fact healthy as of now. I would definitely advise you to eat more, something in the range of 2,000 a day.

Congratz nonetheless for the weight-loss

I'm glad you have a new "diet doctor" because you will surely reach an early grave if you don't start eating better. I have no doubt that you can do this, given what you have already accomplished.

PLEASE do NOT PM the op for details on the "diet". That diet will end you up in the hospital because your body is starving. Please do some reading and find some healthy ways to lose the weight.

Wow! Congrats on the loss, but doesn't that rapid of weight loss have any negative effects on your body? Obviously you are much healthier than before, but still, I would imagine the dramatic loss would be rough on you...?

Congrats....i think. It doenst seem like the healthiest way to lose but if it worked for you that's great.

I was on a diet similar to this once. It is called a very low calorie diet or VLC diet. You are only taking in about 1000 cal a day. I lost 20 lbs my first week and by the end of 2 months I had lost 52 pounds. These diets are meant to be done with very close monitoring by your doc. I had to go in for a checkup weekly.

The issue is that it is not a long term solution. As soon as I returned to eating normal food I gained 60lbs back. There were many side effects as well. I was near fainting off and on, cold sweats and was nauseous often. 1000 cal for a 6'6" 300lb man is not a good idea. I do not recommend this type of diet to anyone and for god sakes DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT CLOSE SUPERVISION OF A DOCTOR!
