I started eating noodle stir fry with ground turkey just once a day. I think I’m doing IF. Maybe not fully but close.

And I’m not hungry during the day which is great!
 
Well I will start on a new diet tomorrow. I’ll be eating oatmeal for breakfast. Lunch and dinner will baked chicken and broccoli.

I am doing the elliptical for at least 30 min and strength train twice a week.
 
142.6 lbs.

I’m on a new diet. Skipping breakfast. Doing IF by doing 11-6 and restricting. Works so far.

Waiting for my appetite suppressant and fat burner to come.
