Vic’s Weight Loss

The driving was not too bad. The b&b is okay. Just missing some things. My sis had to buy a Roku and a coffee maker. Can’t live without both.

Going to the indoor waterpark.

Breakfast was an egg, tomato, and avocado toast. Lunch at the park was a chipotle chicken wrap and a pina colada. Dinner is baked chicken thigh, rice, and beans. And a kale salad.

Roku is like a device that puts the streaming service on the tv. It’s like the Apple TV console.

She got it at a Walmart Supercenter.
 
Just to make you laugh we only have free-to-air TV- no streaming services & not even a smart TV.

I can’t live without my streaming services. Love binge watching shows. I have a lot of them. Some my sis share with me.

Today we r going to the Falls on the riverboat. Going to get wet with the mist.


Eating not too bad. This morning I had 2 pancakes. Lunch I’m having a sandwich. Mostly because I had to take my bro to a cannabis shop and everybody else went to the Rainforest Cafe without me.

Dinner is doubles with curry pork. And dessert will be something we haven’t had yet.

Nothing wrong with enjoying your shows! I'm an oversensitive wuss and the intensity of emotions most movies/series try to induce in viewers is just too much for me.
 
Breakfast was a barra and cheese. Also had a small piece of bread with cashew butter and coffee.

Today we went to the vineyard for lunch. Had 1.5 slice of pepperoni pizza. And half bottle of local Riesling.

Dinner was a Jamaican beef patty and a little curry goat with rice and beans. I also had a small piece of black cake.

Got soaked after we went to the arcade tonight.

I'd imagine pizza at a winery to be a delightfully thin-crusted affair with fresh, zesty topping and minimal cheese that would go great with a glass of Riesling, but the word pepperoni somehow crushes that fantasy :rotflmao: I hope it was delicious though!
 
Yes, the pizza was delicious.

On our way to the sky wheel. Then went to a Lake Ontario beach. Went to a petting farm.

Breakfast I mostly skipped. Lunch was puri puri. I had a small piece of garlic naan and a little chicken curry. Half of a samosa. Diet Coke and rum. At an Indian restaurant.

Stopped at an ice cream spot. I didn’t get anything. Saving my calories for later.

Dinner was at a Vietnamese place. Had a grilled pork chop with white rice and pickled veggies. And I had a guava martini.

Today is my last day here. Tomorrow is a long 8 hr drive back home. Luckily I’m not the ones driving back.

Definitely I don’t want to weigh myself. I’m hoping that will all the walking I have been doing it will counteract with all the food I ate.

Vaca over! Now back to reality. Don’t want to weigh. Probably won’t record my weight here.

On our way home!

Breakfast was a bacon egg and cheese on some kinda bun. And a Starbucks cafe latte with almond milk. Also had another regular latte for the road.

Got home. I had some fried rice and gen tso chicken.

Late afternoon I had a salad. Baby lettuce, Roma tomato, red onion, English cucumber, shredded carrots, and feta cheese with sg poppyseed dressing.

Did check my weight and it’s not too bad. So I’ll weigh in the morning.

Safe travels. Fingers crossed the scale won't be as bad as you fear but if it is: don't panic. Don't overrestrict. Just get back to regular healthy meals and regular exercise and you will be fine.
 
Thanks, Llama! My weight looks good so far today. And it was after I had breakfast. Tomorrow I’ll begin working out again. I made it to the grocery store and got some meat and salad fixings.

Just have to not eat my bro food.
 
154.8 lbs! Not bad!!!

Today I’m taking my bro to get a mani/ pedi and a haircut and a shave.

Then I’ll go by my mom. When I’m done I’ll go to the gym.

Breakfast was 6 mini pancakes with a lil syrup. Lunch was half a roll of spicy salmon sushi. Snack was some nuts. Dinner was rotisserie chicken breast and a tiny piece of Parisian bread. Had some more

I went to the gym and walked for an hour. 5 min on cross arc. Then came home and did a 30 min dance video from AF.
