Eating is such a social thing and even if it wasn't seeing others eat luxurious things while having something simple yourself is hard.
 

142.6!!! Thought it would be higher!

My sis cancelled our lunch. So I decided to fast today. Skipped breakfast so far. Drinking beverages at Panera. Watching YouTube videos. Going to Plugs pond later to meet up with my sisters.

Had a skinny dipper pizza. And half a chocolate cookie.

Went to the gym and walked for 35 min on treadmill. Planning on going for a walk outside sometime today.

Had a bacon egg and cheese on on Portuguese muffin one bun. Going to start cooking after my afternoon walk. I’ll go after DOOL. I’m making curry shrimp and rice and steamed veggies. Dinner was a little rice and a pak of buffalo tuna. Also had an almond milk shake. Ate the rest of the rice with tuna after dinner.

This morning I walked with sis at Castle trail. Then I went around Merrill trail by myself and did the hill on Castle hill again. 6 miles total. Feeling good!

Had an egg, half a slice of turkey bacon, and red onion on a 1/4 fantini roll for breakfast. Lunch was an egg, half of a slice of turkey bacon, and a little rice and veggies. Dinner is going to be cauliflower rice, veggies, and curry shrimp.

Yeah, Ben! It just feel good to be moving. The weather is so nice and I want to enjoy summer. (And it’s helping me to lose weight!).

Going to Hampton beach this afternoon. Will stay there until the fireworks tonight. I’m going with my sis. So I might have to eat dinner out. I’ll try to make better choices.

I ended up bringing cauliflower rice and curry shrimp to the beach for dinner.

Watched the fireworks. Came home and had tea with almond milk and a small piece of fontina bread with butter. Then I had a tuna pak with mustard and a piece of fontina bread. (Total bread for day was .75 of the fontina bread- 150 cals for day.

Came home late. Midnight and I’m still up.

Well I couldn’t fall asleep until 4. And I woke up late, tired, and sore.

Couldn’t make it for the walk. Went to Panera for breakfast. Lunch was cauliflower rice, steamed veggies, and curry chicken. Boiling plantains for tomorrow. Also had a salad. Dinner was the same as lunch. Going to have some tea.

Went to the gym and walked 3.5 miles on treadmill with no incline.

I hope you do settle back into a good sleep pattern tonight. The fireworks must have left you fizzing.
 
Last night I slept great!

Went for a walk on Castle trail with my sis. Went to the gym and walked on incline for 30 min. Hiked the Merrill trail and the hill at Castle trail.

Had a bacon egg and cheese on One bun on an English muffin from heavenly. Lunch was chicken with mushrooms taco. I put half of the chicken than yesterday and add in lots of mushrooms. Had low carb tortillas shells. Dinner was curry chicken with mushrooms and cauliflower rice and steamed veggies. I just used half of the chicken so if I’m hungry later I can eat that. Ate the rest of chicken and mushrooms with one low carb tortilla. Had 5 pringles Mexican corn flavor.

I made an appt for an oil change for later today.

Going to Ogunquit beach tomorrow. We r not getting together tonight. So I think I’ll bring my own lunch with me to the beach.

Up early to go to the beach. Having an iced coffee with almond milk. Had a bacon egg and cheese croissant from bm. And one red velvet donut hole from heavenly. Then I had salami and bread. A soft serve vanilla ice cream. Then I had a small piece of lobster roll. And a half a slice of pizza. Dinner was cauliflower rice, steamed veggies, curry chicken and mushrooms. Also I had 2 rum and Diet Coke.

Breakfast was a bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta. Lunch will be tuna. Early dinner. Salad. Lettuce, tomato, apple crisp, gorgonzola cheese, pecans, and chicken. From Panera. Dinner again cuz I was still hungry. Arugula, baby cucumber, tomato, red onion and salmon.

I have a new scale. This one measures body fat and such things. It’s an app and I inputted my measurements.
