Yeah, today is Canada Day. Our city has the us July 4th Independence Day celebration today instead of Monday.

The fireworks were great. Waited until it was dark so around 930. Took about 30 min for the firework show. The finale was impressive.

Going for a covid test this afternoon. Had a hoarse voice yesterday. This morning I had a congestion. But just taking precautions for our bbq tomorrow!

Breakfast was pancakes with syrup. Lunch will be steak and cheese. Dinner was a Panera fugi apple salad and a baguette. After dinner I had some ground turkey.

Being careful so you don't make others sick should be the norm even with other diseases. I hope your throat clears up soon.

Ate a lot today at the grill out. Started a clean fast at 230 pm. Will just drink plain water, black coffee and black tea. Nighttime will be hard.

Went for 40 min walk on hills by my sis neighborhood. I also went to the gym but just did upper body strength training.

Started a fast last night at 1030. I’m just adding in Diet Coke. Can’t live without it!

Fast ended at 11 am. Had tuna with mayo. Had an egg with 3 turkey bacon. Had a piece of chicken frontega and half a sausage egg and cheese on a Portuguese muffin.

Went for a 35 min walk at Castle Trail in the morning with my sis. Did a 2.75 mile walk on treadmill at the gym.

Was hungry later. So I had a salad with grilled chicken.

Had a packet of cookies late last night. Had to go to the pharmacy to pick up some medicine.

Went for a walk with my sisters at Castle trail.

Breakfast was a Faye Greek yogurt with Splenda. I had a piece of baked chicken breast. And a scrambled egg. And 2 slices of 45 cal bread. And I got some jello for between meals snacks. Seems like a lot for breakfast. I’ll try to eat my next meal at 2 pm.

Did not go for the walk this morning.

Started a liquid fast today! I had some tea and passion tea lemonade this morning. Trying to stay busy so I don’t think about food.

I’m trying to fast until tomorrow dinner or until 4. I’m going to do my best. Just have to get through the night.

Noon and I am still fasting. Not hungry yet. So that’s great! Drinking Diet Coke.

My sis wants to go to Plugs Pond later today.

Had a bite of a scone and a taste of a butter something covered cashew. It’s 430 and I’m not hungry. At plug pond.

8 pm and I broke down and had a Herbalife pb shake made with cashew milk just so I can fall asleep.

Took my pills early so I hope I can sleep by 930 pm.

Going for our morning walk tomorrow.

We r having taco night tomorrow. Best meal!!! I have to get and marinate the steak. They r on sale tomorrow.

I’m up at 4 am. And can’t fall back asleep. So at 5 I’ll go to the gym when it opens.
 
So annoying when you have sleeping time left but you can't sleep anymore. Great that you're using it wisely though!
 
Well, I did fall back asleep after I posted. and I did not go to the gym or for our walk!

Going to Panera for a hot tea with almond milk.

Today I’m going to fast until around 4 or so. When I’m by my sis.

Did not wake up hungry. So that’s great! It’s now noon. I’m drinking tea with almond milk. Not tempted yet.

Made it to dinner. Had one haddock taco and one steak taco with sour cream, broccoli slaw, pico, pickled red onions, cucumber and jalapeños, lettuce. On one corn and one sweet flour tortilla. I also had one shot.

Now I just have to go to bed without eating which I should be able to since I’m full right now. We r going for a walk tomorrow early. It’s almost 8 pm.
Going to take my pills at 9. Then I’ll try to sleep by 10 pm.

Tomorrow we r going to watch Thor at Chunkys.

After dinner had 1/2 beef corn taco and 1/2 beef flour taco.Eating a salad instead of having a binge.

About to make me a shake with cashew milk, ice, sf butterscotch syrup, Splenda, and maybe a dab of pb Herbalife.

139.8 lbs!!! Finally back in the 130s. Hoping to stay here.

Went for a 75 min hike around the lake with sisters. Forgot how much I loved that trail. Will go this next week.

Going to Chunkys. Not getting anything from there. I’ll bring my bottle Diet Coke. After everyone is going to eat out! I hope I can control myself. Will prob get a cocktail.

Had a piece of bread and a slice of salami for late breakfast.

141.8 lbs!!! Ugh!!!

We r headed to North Hampton beach for the day. Had half of a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant from BK for breakfast. Lunch: Had salami, bread, piece of cupcake, piece of donut, rum, iced coffee with milk. Dinner: turkey club and had a rich creamy cocktail.

Tomorrow going to lunch with my sister and twins.
