Very Serious Question

Work? LOL

I just noticed that i have a number of strech marks on my biceps and frankly i don't like it.

What do people usually do to try to curtail this if anything? Will it subside from my original getting back in shape routine. IE this is the most i worked out in 2 years.

Rub Vitamin E cocoa butter stuff on them morning and evening.

You prolly won't lessen them any, but you can stop them from continuing.

Strixaderm-MD is the only dermal agent that I've known to work quickly and effectively. Only problem is, it's about $80 for a 2-3 month supply. Shea Butter (and I suppose Vitamin E Cocoa Butter) also works well, but because thye don't contain actual collagen or elastin (I believe they just promote skin health rather than provide the actual raw materials used in skin repair) they're quite a bit slower-working.

I got em on my chest and back....I use that stuff for pregnant women which contains cocoa butter (face turning red)....its been workin somewhat I guess...it makes em less noticable...

vitamin E will not penatrate through enough of the skin to be effective. cocoa butter is great but the studies Ive read in the past said that it was far more effective just to keep the area well moisturized all day than applying cocoa butter only a few times a day. For the most part this only works as a prevenitive to strech marks. so apply to trouble spots post workout, morning, night or anytime you can. so maby get strixaderm to correct the area you got now and start using any-ol moisturizer to all other trouble spots.
