it took me 2 years to get my body toned up
now ive been lifting heavy weights for strenght and realise after 2 weeks when i looked at myself in the mirror i had lost the body i had before, it jus looked like a chunk of meat
. but i know ive put on muscle
is there a way to keep ur body toned aswell as put muscle on ?
