vertical gains

im doin this program dunknow has anyone did it and has anyone got any good gains from it? if there are any other ways i can get vertical faster then doin this program the link is im 6'1 with about a 26inch vert

Seriously, though, the NSCA recommends that for athletic training you train by replicating the action you're seeking to improve, with resistance to build the muscles. The best way to increase your vertical jump would be to... jump! Weighted jumps, low squats, and the magic word: plyo-jumps!
 
Can I ask how you measure that? Seems hard to do mid-jump? (Especially considering the variation from tucking in your legs)
 
u measure ur vertical by standing there and mark at the top of your fingers and jump high as u can where u touch u mark it and measure from how high u touched and from where ur fingers end

i bought power-pylos program if anybody knows it... its kinda cool but a havet finished it because of injury... but it was working for me... i am 6.0 and can dunk (coul) when i was still uninjured... even though a did maybe an 1/4 of the whole thing... i could dunk on alley-opps and stuff... but i really want to improve my vert again when i'll be healthy again so plz any advices? xd thx
 
You can do box jumps. I usually go on youtube and look for people who display explosiveness and message them for tips. That's what I did.
