Jen The first 2 weeks I start eating healthy I crave junk it`s like overcomming an addiction! Then they subside until TOM.


Lucy I will look up that documentary, I told my hubby new rule in the grocerie shopping if you can`t pronouce even one ingredient it doesn`t go into the basket so hopfully he can`t pronouce what in chips lol!


Mr Vee, Just the fact that you want to eat healthy is the first step! I started making only little changes myself and I am already starting to see results!!!


Hello people


Happy Friday!!!! I step on the scale this morning and I was at 192.8lb but that isn`t my official weight until next wednesday I just like to step on the scale once every other day to make sure things are still progressing right!


Breakfast

bagel with 1 tbsp of peanut butter

coffee 1c 1/2sugar


Lunch

(was supposed to be my cheat meal poutine but now that I saw the scale this morning I want a salade)



Diner

left over chicken baked in salsa

left over salade

2tbsp of dressing



I am going to drink my 3L of Water and tonight I am having a dance party in my living room with my kids!!!
 
AReading about the chip incident with your hubby reminded me of one time when Chef and I were watching TV in bed. He got up and went to the kitchen. I immediately started getting annoyed. lol. And of course he came back with a HUGE bowl of ice cream(my biggest weakness), plopped down next to me and started digging in. I just looked at him, and was like....."Are you SERIOUS?!" haha! oh my gosh I was so mad. He got chewed out for that one, and hasn't done it since. lol!

Have fun at your dance party!! I'm sure the kids will love that. :)

My weekend was bad....like way of the wagon .....with wine and cheese and snacks......in my defence I had a surprise visit from a friend whom I hadn`t seen in over 10 years she moved away in 2000 and she is back for the month of december so it was nice the whole gang together they just arrived at my door with all the stuff!!! didn`t sleep much they left at 5 am the kids where up at 6 so because of lack of sleep I over did the coffee and underdid the water...oh well I didn`t weight myself this morning I will wait till wednesday am. Back to the routine this morning!

I want to try a fish don`t know what is available....I don`t usually eat fish so if anyone can recoment one that is not too fishy I would apreciate!!!

Good Morning People,

ok so weight in day no drum roll needed the scale didn`t budge.....after last weekend can`t say I am surprised.....how can one weekend just wreck my whole programme.....it`s not even the whole weekend it`s just friday! Oh well will have to work harder before next weight in, no booze this weekend or if I do not 5 glases lol, it wouldn`t have been so bad if I had not fallen into the snacks.....oh well, if this happends again I am breaking out one of the dancing games on the xbox that way we get to move and burn some of those calories!!! All of this to say I must work harder in the comming weeks! I am not sure I like the changes they made on here, but will get used to it! Cuban dancing tonight depending on how my little man feels,

Cajun Chicken made this last night smells yummy chicken with WW rice, celery, oignon, green and red peppers, spices (Cajun spices, a mix from CLub house, No MSG or added salt, or preservatives) I am very exited to taste this.

wednesday nights it is super at the inlaws so never know what I am gonna eat!
 
Hey people....I have been off the wagon, I am realizing more and more that I will need to fix my emotional eating habit before I can move forward with the weightloss.....I am not giving up but instead of jumping into the programme I will find other ways to fix my bad habit...may have found a threadmill ...that will help....when I was in hight school I used to swim laps to burn the stress or anythings when I moved away from home I didn't have access to a pool or the moeney to use a public one so I ended up turning to food so I am getting the threadmill on friday I think so the sooner I get it the better it is I am very busy to bring all my stuff to date before my last day, I am sad to be leaving but at the same time I need to start fresh so a bad for a good hopefully money will not be too much of an issue when I am on ei.
 
Emotional eating is such a pain in the butt. I definitely know where you're coming from on that one. I still struggle with it every day. I hope the treadmill works out, and you can relieve some stress that way! :)
