Hello
I have been on this website off and on for a few years...I was doing really well in my weight loss but when I change jobs and then lost that job....everything went downhill....at first I at least maintained but now I am back at 188lb and really not feeling good about myself....my emotions are all over the place but all in the negative....I need to start focusing more on my weightloss I am searching around to buy a threadmill since a gym is not an option....I need to be less lazy and make healthier meals I always go for the easy fix and as we all know that is not the best!
My sister used the Pink diet and says it worked great for her...but she is a stay at home mom of older kids...I work 4 hours a week I am taking college clases online and I have to little kids to take care of and a husband who thinks that now that I am a mom I should just concenrtrate on taking care of him and the kids and forget my needs cause I am a mom and nothing else now.
if I sound bitter when I say this I am. I try to make him see that yes I am a mom but also a wife and above all a women. the same one he met and fell in love with and that she need caring as well, He just won`t see it that way, so instead of waiting for his eyes to open I will just have to make time for me even if it mean a messier house or a few less hours of sleep . A women I work with is losing weight in order to get breast reduction after looking through her research I want to do the same thing....I tried running I love it but it is very painfull for my chest area and upper back and neck and same with Zumba... I know I have about 25 lb to loose before even thinking about the surgery so this is my goal....go down to 140 - 125 lb hopefully by this time next year....2lb a week is a healthy weight loss so in 7 months I can loose 56lb but I give myself a year ....I will mostly check what I am eating eat clean and real foods, I will start with walking depending on how it feels I will gradually start running. Ladies if you can recomend a full support bra that will not break my budget I would love to hear it! If anyone on here is thinking of getting the surgery or had it done I would love to hear from you as well. I am a bit worried about the pain and recovery time after.
