So, I haven't really exercised the past few days. I've felt like total crap from this cold. I am feeling much better today, but it's too late to exercise.
I have lost 5 pounds in two days. I know part of it is, erm, well, phlegm. And yes, I'm pretty sure at least one pound of that was phlegm. I've felt that bad.
I think another part of it is just liquid. I've been trying to drink a lot of water, so that in turn is going to help me flush a lot of bad stuff out.
I also haven't touched my sodas at all that I purchased a few days ago. Most of what I've had was juice and water. Unfortunately, I've also been grazing on all of my Halloween candy. :3 It's so sad that I cannot resist 50% deals!
I have a large dentist bill that I'm going to have to pay Thursday, I'm getting a few things done. But when I figure out what I have left, I think I'll invest in some weights. I have a kettle ball at home, along with resistance bands, but I didn't bring them to my apartment. I think I'll just focus on mainly walking, cycling, and sit-ups. Sit-ups are some of my favorites, I must say. I love that burn!
Well, I'm off to clean my room. I kind of let it fall to pieces these past few days -- like I said, I haven't felt like doing anything.
