Today I'm feeling totally miserable. Sore throat, stuffy nose... I have no motivation to go to classes, or even work. But I missed work yesterday, thinking that it was a school day. :/ So I will work from 3-7 tonight, and maybe, just maybe, if I feel better, I'll take that first step into the gym...
 
Welcome to WLF and good luck with your goals ^_^ You should def hit the gym tonight--putting it off will make it harder and harder to go! Just go check it out for 15 mins if you're not in the mood :)

And you're right, I really do need to go, but I feel so run over. >_< When I get sick, I feel miserable, and I am still recovering from Mono, so my body is even more vulnerable to this godforsaken cold.

Bah, I need to quit making excuses and just GO.
 
^^ You just said it yourself! No excuse not to go and just check it out. Do just 5 mins on a machine! They'll always be a reason you can't go. Too tired, not in the mood, no time! You want to do this for you, right?! Then get your butt to the gym, woman! If you *really* don't feel like it, what about a walk?

Ah-ha, you're a season too late. It's already cold as a witches, well, you know the saying, and my body doesn't appreciate the sniffles! D:

I have some exercise videos (one that's like, dance your butt off or something), but I live on the 3rd floor, so I'm sure to bother the people below. But I do love dancing, so I figure maybe 20 minutes a day just screwing around on really cold days might help.

I've also tried scheduling my days out, I'm really big on lists and schedules, but I just can't keep to it. I really wish I had a work-out buddy to push me in the right direction. -_-; But alas. It IS for me, and so I've got to push myself.
 
So, I haven't really exercised the past few days. I've felt like total crap from this cold. I am feeling much better today, but it's too late to exercise.

I have lost 5 pounds in two days. I know part of it is, erm, well, phlegm. And yes, I'm pretty sure at least one pound of that was phlegm. I've felt that bad.

I think another part of it is just liquid. I've been trying to drink a lot of water, so that in turn is going to help me flush a lot of bad stuff out.

I also haven't touched my sodas at all that I purchased a few days ago. Most of what I've had was juice and water. Unfortunately, I've also been grazing on all of my Halloween candy. :3 It's so sad that I cannot resist 50% deals!

I have a large dentist bill that I'm going to have to pay Thursday, I'm getting a few things done. But when I figure out what I have left, I think I'll invest in some weights. I have a kettle ball at home, along with resistance bands, but I didn't bring them to my apartment. I think I'll just focus on mainly walking, cycling, and sit-ups. Sit-ups are some of my favorites, I must say. I love that burn!

Well, I'm off to clean my room. I kind of let it fall to pieces these past few days -- like I said, I haven't felt like doing anything. :p

Keep at it there is a excuses for anything and everything get your butt to the gym if its cold outside layer up.. dont buy crappy food no matter how good of a deal you got on it and dump the soda out... No excuses if you dont really try it will never happen...
