Okay, here is my first post and I am certain that it is in the wrong location.
Is there anything that I can do to reduce the veins popping out of my forehead?
I am very vascular in my arms and that is okay, but they get really bad in my forehead after workouts and they never go away completely.
I've tried everything from different breathing techniques when lifting, to cutting back on workouts. Nothing seems to work.
I am 43 and I notice that other guys in the gym around my age have the same issue but not as bad.
It is UGLY.....
