Vegetarian Diary

Day 12

Breakfast:

1) Cup of Coffee w. soymilk
2) Large Roma Apple
3) Bowl of oatmeal w. salt

Snack:

1) One red grapefruit
2) Yogurt Drink - 40 cals

Lunch:
1) Salad with arugula, carrots and baked (w. oil) Tofu, soy sauce
2) Tangerine
3) Glass of Water

Snacks:
1) Granola Bar w. chocolate
2) Churro
3) Media Luna
(So many carbs and sugar!!!)

Dinner:
1) Salad
2) Corn Emapanada
3) Media Luna
4) A bit of dulce de leche

(Too many carbs and sugar part II)

Got my legs waxed today, and instead of feeling sexy - I feel chunky and huge. These bad feelings don't make it any easier to stick to the diet - and my exercise has been non-existent lately. Got to GET BACK ON TRACK!!!!!

Day 13

Breakfast:

1) Cup of coffee w. soymilk
2) Pita bread w. cheese and tomatoes
3) cup of grapefruit juice
4) Earl Grey tea

Lunch:
1) Soy cutlet, breaded
2) Carrot and Tomato Sala

Snack:
1) Bowl of Oatmeal
2) 2 Tangerines
3) Bag of Popcorn
4) Roll of mints

Dinner:
1) Brie cheese Pizza (3 Slices)
2) Salad w. goat cheese, fruits, argulula
3) Water
4) 2 glasses red wine
5) One piece tomato bruschetta

Day 14

Breakfast:

1) Cup of coffee w. soymilk
2) large banana
3) light yogurt drink (40 cals)
4) one piece baked tofu

Snack:
1) Yogurt Drink
2) small chocolate w. dulce de leche

Lunch:
1) 1.5 large potatoes w. oil and salt
2) 1/3 cup flour
3) Salad w. salt and oil
4) 7 teaspoons honey (I had a real sweet craving and just kept eating!)

Dinner:
1) Red Tomato Sauce
2) Bowl of oatmeal
3) microwaved oatmeal
4) water

Day 15

Breakfast:

1) 2 Medialuna Croissants
2) coffee w. milk
3) two peices melba toast w. butter

Lunch:

1) Cafe con leche w. 1 pack sugar
2) Salad with lettuce and boiled carrots w. oil and vinegar
3) 2 pieces bread w. cream cheese
4) 2 mini-cake pieces that came with coffee

Snack:
1) 3 teaspoons honey
2) tangerine

Snack:
1) Potato w. a little oil and salt

Dinner:
1) Bag of corn chips w. salsa
2) 2 bowls of honey nut cereal w. soymilk
3) Brazil Nuts (about 6, two with a little honey)
4) 4 olives
5) Water
6) Mini-yogurt Drink


Oh god! What was I doing at dinner? I just couldn't stop with the cereal. I went grocery shopping because my bf is coming to town and he asked me to pick up stuff for him. Well, once I had the bad stuff in the house - I just had to eat it!

Day 16

Breakfast:

1) Two cups of coffee w. soymilk
2) Bowl of oatmeal with 1 banana and soymilk

Snack:

1) Sparkling Water

Lunch:

1) 2 Bowls Broccoli (1 with butter; 1 with a little cheese)
2) An Apple
3) Yogurt Drink

Snack:
1) 1/2 bag of popcorn
2) Yogurt Drink

Snack:
1) Sparkling water
2) 1/2 toasted cheese and tomato sandwich
3) small bite of pastry

Dinner
1) one piece cheese and spinach lasagna w. tomatoes sauce and cheese
2) Lettuce and carrot salad
3) Water
4) Tea w. Soymilk
