Vascularity

I was just wondering - what causes it and, is it good, bad or neither? Is it simply a case of low body fat or, is there more to it than that?

Usually the increase of lean muscle mass and the lowering of body fat will induce it.

Not a bad thing at all IMO.

How much water you are retaining is also a big part of it. For enhanced vascularity, cut down on your sodium intake.

Makes sense. Just started creatine loading so, I guess I can kiss those veins goodbye for a while...
Maybe, but just be sure you drink ALOT of water. This will promote the excretion of excess water and sodium levels in the body.

No problems there - I drink water constantly (which means spend a lot of my day in the toilet too!! ;))

I also cut salt (as in, extra salt for seasoning) out of my diet a few months back which should help.
