That's way too much for me to even try.
 
Same, I´m afraid. Losing 1% of your bodymass a week seems to be generally considered the upper limit of what to aim for (apart from the initial water weight) and I personally tend to struggle with more than 1 kg/month :rotflmao:
 
20 lb is too much for me these days, but I can shoot for 15...

Hello. I'd love to join in. Since there are 6 weeks until V-day, I would love to lose 5 kg ( 10 lbs) as an ideal goal, 3 kg ( 6 lbs) as a more manageable goal. I start at 80 kg (177 lbs) as for today, we'll see tomorrow the exact weight.

I recently got a positive test result for covid19 so for the time being I've increased my calories to maintenance - all from carbs - and expect to gain glycogen/water weight as a result. However the friend with the fever that caused me to seek my test finally got her results back and they were negative. I had no symptoms and may be that 1 in 500 PCR test false positive so I've taken a 2nd test and scheduled a 3rd in hopes of breaking quarantine early.
 
Fingers crossed. Either way I'd be curious to hear how it feels to be eating more for a while.
I was at 76.1 this morning, just for the record.
