I was in the office this morning and my arm/shoulder started to twitch, it felt like there was some sort of pump in arm moving up and down really quick, you could actually see it moving through my jumper, any idea what this could be

Its can mean that your tired or over stressed, I get a twich in my left fore arm and under my left eye if i dont sleep well for a few days.

It could also mean that your about to have a stroke. but i hope its not that

My right delt does that all the time. My kids get a kick out of it.
