I found the group about 10 days or so ago. While being very stuck , same weight and body fat for over several months.( posted in harsh under help stuck for months) My goal is really just to get back to wearing a 34 pants again . Stuck in a 36 for months . Would like to compete in a highland games event again but we'll see.I began the journey about a year and a half ago have gone from 249 - 209 been stuck for quite a while but still fighting..
Seems the nutritionst had me very low cal:like 1100 cal.confused: .After adding some cal. ( advice I've gotten hear) back I have added some weight , scale and I are not speaking.But I feel better , energy wise
Food for today:
#1. 1 cup Oatmeal
1.25 cups egg whites
2 cups coffee
#2 protien shake w/ supplements
#3 2 cups egg whites and an apple
#4 protien shake,
#5 dinner will be grilled chicken breasts with a salad.
Workout today with strength trainer for an hour .from 8-9am
Consisted of:
5min warmup:
65lb lying dumbbell presses for 15 reps
25 lb dumbbell front raises 15 reps
tricep pushdowns 60lbs 15 reps
all three of these are done without rest inbetween done as one set.
Did three sets.
Seated chest fly's 140lbs for 15 reps
Seated( on the floor w/ legs straight out) dumbbell shoulder presses w/ 35lb dumbbells 15 reps
seated tricep extensions 15 reps w/55 lbs.
Again all these were down as one set w/ no rest inbetween.
Did three sets
Moved on to ab work , then finished off with a few min. on the treadmill
burned 1050 cal.
