Feelings
Yesterday was such an awful day. I guess I eat based on how I feel, and I felt miserable so my eating was awful. I was supposed to be going out with my boyfriend to the library but he'd let me down again and I hadn't heard from him all day. His brother is terminally ill so obviously he's busy helping him, and he was. He later called and explained, but I wished he'd called before so I knew what was happening.

Eating
I had a usual breakfast and lunch yesterday, but later on in the evening I had excessive amounts of crisps and chocolate bourbons, which I regret eating. I won't even begin to tell you how many calories I ate, but I hope this won't happen again.

Exercise
I went for an hour walk with my brother to the shops, but that's it. I've not been running for a while, but me and my brother have decided to go jogging and swimming very soon. I can't wait!

Does anyone have any (ANY!) tips at all to give me? Anything at all that you know or that I might benefit from, I'd love to know. Thank you. :)
