I've been struggling the past few months with my weight, things going on in my life have meant that my weight loss has stalled and I gained a few lbs! I said to myself that I would never go again go above 11st (154lbs) - I really want to achieve my goal this time round of 140lbs (10st). I have very low self esteem and even though it may not seem that way I have very poor body image and some days I feel very depressed! Even though I've lost around 40lbs, I'm not happy...I'm going to focus on this goal to get to 140lbs and try not to let things in my life such as relationships and work effect me so much!
