OK...another form question!
Upright rows: Currently I do them with a very close grip - like hands side-by-side - and pull the bar up to my chin in an arcing motion, and don't fully lock out my arms at the bottom.
Is it better to do them with a wider shoulder width type grip?
My overall shape is coming on good, but those lateral delts are seriously slacking behind which is really affecting the line of how my tri's run into my shoulders
