Upperbody Stretches.

I always stretch before and after running, but when it comes to weightlifting i dont at all. My only problem is that i don't know any upper body stretches. What are some good ones?
 
I don't know if they're good :) but at http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html you can find streches for the all body. See the exercises column... you will find the streches grouped by muscle...
