Upper Chest

Has anyone ever experienced Man boobs? I've been struggling to lose them but am still on my way. Man boobs are basically upper chest fat that ends up sticking out your upper chest, hence the name "Man boobs." If anyone has had these and lost them, please share :) Any advice on this issuewould be appreciated

A little about me:

Great start to the "Boys Only" section, Derw, lol.

Aiming, cut your weight back, and if you still have man boobs, then you will either have to live with it or get some surgery done. But only in that order.

Cool a guy only forum.

Can we post about P E N I S exercises/problems now?

And Derwyddon is right. If you wanna lose your man milkers ya gotta lose fat throughout your body. good diet/consistant workout routine will get you there.

Granola bars are a fake healthy snack. It's filled /w sugar.

Although you can't spot reduce, once you lose overall body fat and they are still present or very pronounced you might want to go see the Dr. It could be a symptom known as Gynecomastia. They treat it with a breast reduction similar to what they might perform on a woman.

Yeah, you'll lose them along with anything else after you lose enough weight. However, don't think you should be skipping lunch just because it is at school. That is like a 7-8? hour block without anything to eat and that can hinder your weight loss. Not to mention, if you combine that with the other 7-8 hours you sleep, that is a long gap without nutrition and can cause your body to start storing fat. That whole "eat frequently small meals" is completely true. Just bring snacks to school if you think the lunch blows. I mean - nuts, jerky, whatever.

Thanx for all the advice so far. Now i see what the saying is "No matter how hard, intense, or long you workout, if your diet sux, ur results will suck." Im curious if anyone snacks on oatmeal(The oats you mix with milk or water then cook/boil it) but Without cokking/boiling it with milk as a snack? Also, like Tex said Nuts, Jerky, whatever, I just want to know if anyone has ideas of snacks I can eat maybe even in the halls during passing periods, somehting quick and easy to eat. Thanx
